Some simple actions to remove tiredness of hands by continuously working on computer –

 

1 tightly fist

– This will open the tightness of the palm and fingers and there will be no pain in the hands.

 

2 Make a fist with a thumb inside

– Tighten the fist for 30 to 60 seconds

– Completely loosen hands

– Repeat this process 4 times in a row

 

  1. Spread fingers

Continuous typing or holding the mouse hurts the fingers

So, to relieve pain, place the palm directly on the table.

– Now stretch the fingers with a little force on the fingers of the hands

– Keep it in this state for about 30 to 60 seconds

– Leave the hands loose

– Repeat this process 4 times in a row

– Keep both hands straight and palm straight in front of the mouth.

– Stay in this state for 10 to 15 seconds

– Repeat this 8 to 10 times

– By doing this workout 2 to 3 times a week, the joints of the hands are opened.

 

  1. Raise fingers

This increases the flexibility of the fingers

– Place the palm upright on the table

– Now raise the first finger above the table and after a few moments keep it down.

– Repeat this process with all fingers alternately

– Repeat this process from 8 to 12

 

  1. for thumb

This will strengthen the thumb muscles and increase flexibility.

– Keep the hand upright on the table and tie your fingers around the rubber band

– Now drag the thumb away from the fingers for 30 to 60 seconds

– Do this process 10 to 15 times

– Even if you do this exercise 3 times a week, it will give you a lot of rest.

By doing these actions, all of you will be able to get relief in the pain of your hands and feel a pleasant experience.
