You can use liquid air as a replacement of liquid nitrogen in the machine to create a minimum amount of fog in the atmosphere.

Haze Fog Machine

.The haze machines are designed to emphasize the effects of beams and lights. The fog or smoke created by the machine is used to create clouds in the air rather than providing smoke on the ground. The haze generators are designed to produce unobtrusive and homogenous clouds that are suspended in the air intended to make light beams visible and are also used to create a subtle diffusion.
