How has the structure of Ram temple been prepared?
Iron has not been used at all in this temple and concrete has not even been laid on it. The temple has been completely constructed with new technology. The design of the temple is traditional and its structure is being done with every new technology.
Devotees will also see many different features in this temple. In this temple, meter thick Roller Compacted Concrete i.e. RCC has been laid and a rock has been prepared from it.

Iron is considered to be the factor of Saturn and problems may arise at the place where Saturn is present. It is believed that Shri Ram’s exile was also due to Saturn, hence the use of iron metal is prohibited in the Ram temple.
Since it is believed that iron is the factor of Shanidev and for this reason iron metal has not been used in the temple. Shani ji keeps distance from the place where Shaligram is present, hence its metal is not even used. The idol of Ramlala in Ram temple has been made from Shaligram, that is why iron metal has not been used at this place.

Scientific reason for not using iron in Ram temple
If we believe in science then iron is a metal which gets spoiled in 100 years and it starts rusting. Whereas Ram temple is being built for thousands of years and has been running for centuries.
For this reason, if iron was used in this temple, the fear of it getting damaged soon would have increased. For this reason, you do not find iron metal anywhere in the Ram temple, nor has it been used anywhere. Instead, copper metal has been used to join the stones together.
