- Rava
- curd
- Ghee
- onion
- capsicum
- tomatoes
- Cucumber
- cottage cheese
- Green chilli
- green coriander
- Salt
Uttapam Recipe
- First, mix semolina and yogurt in a bowl. Leave the batter for half an hour.
- Now heat a spoon of oil in a pan and then spread the batter like a dosa in the pan.
- Now add finely chopped vegetables, cottage cheese, salt and green chilies as per taste. Now spread some ghee on top and let it cook on a low flame.
- When lift the batter and see if the color has turned brown, uttapam is ready.
- Now serve it with green chutney.
