Paper mulberry tree produces the highest 97% pollen. Paper mulberry and other plants together produce pollen up to 45,000 per cubic meter in the pack season.

Treatment of allergies
Experts say that there is no permanent cure for allergies, meaning that if you have any kind of allergy, it will stay with you for life. And if an allergy vaccine is not available, you can take precautions to reduce their severity.
Dr. Haroon Iqbal said that in case of air allergy, wear a mask. Don’t wear clothes made of anything you are allergic to, as well as use jewelry and other items that make you allergic. Keep windows and doors closed and close the windows to avoid airborne allergies while traveling in a car.
Regarding masks, he said that people wear surgical masks which are not at all helpful in pollen and dust allergies. There is a specific type of mask for each allergy that is available in the market and only those masks can be useful in preventing allergies.
Why do you prohibit the use and injection of medicine with fever?
The answer is that more than one hundred and two fevers are usually caused by a virus, the most common form of which is a viral infection of the throat. There is no benefit to using antibiotics against the virus, and it usually resolves on its own in six to seven days. That’s why doctors usually refuse to give antibiotics for viral infections.
The second reason is that in the event of a high fever, our immune system becomes more active and the infected cells secrete a special protein called interferon. These interferons, of which there are more than one type, alert other healthy cells that the virus has entered the body and thus these cells regulate their defenses, such as changes in their cell wall. This makes it difficult for viruses to enter them. Because these interferons are only made at high temperatures, doctors forbid prescribing medication in case of a viral infection to allow our immune system to function from within. However, if the viral load is high, antiviral drugs and paracetamol-containing drugs can be taken to reduce the fever.
Avoid taking ibuprofen, ponstan, diclofenac sodium, etc. in case of fever due to viral infection.
