Do you get angry at every little thing? When angry, you start sabotage. If stress and work pressure do not keep your anger under control, then you need yoga regularly. There are some such postures in yoga that by doing it the mind is calm and you are able to control anger.
So let’s know how to do those postures of yoga.
ksepana mudra
ksepana mudra helps in reducing depression and stress. They help in bringing positive thoughts into the mind by removing the negative energy of the body.
To perform ksepana mudra, sit in ksepana mudra and close your palms in such a way that all the fingers are connected to each other. Now keep the first fingers of both your hands together and fold all the remaining fingers in such a way that the fist shape becomes. Now move the first fingers of your hand towards the ground. Stay in this position for 15-20 seconds and pay attention to your breath. Then bring both hands to a comfortable posture.
Wisdom posture
While performing the Jnana Mudra, the thumb and index finger of the hand are pressed together. It helps to calm the mind. While doing this mudra, sit in Padmasana and keep your hands and palm in front of your lap. Now, while extending all your fingers, join your first finger and thumb together. Doing this yoga pose helps to relieve stress and insomnia, reducing your anger.

Performing Mushti Mudra helps you reduce anger, irritability and negative emotions. Make your hands like a fist, put your thumb on the other fingers. Do this mudra for five to 10 minutes to get relief from anger.
