Friends, often when we go to eat in restaurants and hotels, vinegar onion is served with food. It is very tasty and we eat it with great fervor. But have you ever made it at home? If not, then today we will make onion with a vinegar like restaurent.
We need-
Small onions – 15 to 20 (If there are no small onions, then grind the big onions only three to four.)
- White Veneer or Apple Cider Veneer-2 Tablespoon
½ cup water
Beetroot – 1 piece chopped
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
- 4 tbsp red chillies (optional)
Method of preparation
1- First peel and wash the onion with water. Then cut it lightly.
2- Now in a bowl take white vinegar and mix half a cup of water in it. Now add 1 tablespoon sugar, salt as per taste, red pepper and beetroot and mix it well.
3- Now add onion and mix it well and fill it in a glass jar and leave it for two to three days.
4-In 2-3 days, stir the jar 2 to 3 time daily. So that the onion has a nice vinegar.
After 5-2-3 days, vinegar onions (Veneer onion) will be ready. . Now serve them with food. You can serve vinegar onions with any kind of food.
6- Store vinegar onions in the refrigerator.
Keep in mind: After the onion is over, do not use Venegar water again and again.
Take special care of those people who have gastric or stomach cancer because Venegar has acidic content. In such a situation, they should consult the doctor before using Venegar.
