Chakrasana Easy Steps and its Benefits

Steps of chakrasana
- First of all, place a carpet or mat on a flat place.2. Then lie down on your back.
3. Now bend the legs from both knees and lift them upwards.4. Place both soles on the floor.
5. Keep a gap of about one and a half feet between the two legs.
6. With both hands raised towards the forehead, place both palms backwards on the ground.
7. Keep a gap of one and a half feet between the two palms.
8. Lift the waist, abdomen and chest with the help of legs and hands.
9. Hold the breath while raising the body.
10. In this posture, try to stay for 15 seconds according to the capacity of the body.
11. Now bring the body back down again and lie on the back like before.
