Cabbage

Coffee

Coffee contains caffeine, which can upset your baby’s stomach. Also, avoid eating chocolate. This can cause irritability in them.

Groundnut

If someone in the family is allergic to peanuts, do not consume it. Also, keep away from things made from it. It can also cause allergies to the baby.
