However, at times while applying nail polish on nails, she accidentally gets on clothes too. Since the nailpaint stain is a solid stain and hence the stain is not cleaned with a cloth even after cleaning in the machine. This way your favorite outfit gets spoiled.

Don’t let it dry
One of the best ways to clean the stain is to clean it immediately after the stain. If the stain remains on the clothes for a long time , then it becomes very difficult to clean it. So after the nail polish is stained on the cloth, gently remove as much of the nail polish as possible. However, you have to take care that you do not rub the stain. Simply press the nail polish stain gently with a clean cloth and try to clean it.
Check cloth
When it comes to cleaning nail stains, you should first check the cloth. For this, check the label on your stained clothing item. If the fabric contains acetate, trisetate or modacilitic, do not attempt to remove the polish with a nail polish remover as it contains an ingredient called acetone. This acetone will melt the fabric you are trying to clean. On the other hand, if the clothes are listed as dry-clean only, then take the help of a dry cleaner to clean your clothes. On the other hand, if the cloth is washable and does not contain acetate, trisetate or modicilitic then only clean the cloth at home.
Do patch test
To remove nailpaint stains from cloth, first place the cloth on a clean towel. Now do a patch test with a little nailpaint remover inside a corner of the fabric like a cuff or on the side of the hem. If nothing happens to the fabric, then only you apply nailpaint remover over the stain. However, to remove stains from nailpaint remover, gently apply a small amount of nail polish remover to the stain with a clean sponge or cloth. Now you repeat this process. Now wash the clothes with cold water. Lastly, you can wash your clothes normal.
